The envelopes are mixed and numbered 1 thru 5. 4 free choices and one left for the magician.

But the PLUS to this effect is that each piece of paper is a different colour and then one at a time the spectators are asked to turn their chair around where they find a matching colour affixed to each chair with the correct colour matching the piece of paper they randomly selected!
